摘　　要：目的了解患儿中枢神经系统腮腺炎病毒（Mumps virus,MV）的感染状况和其临床特征。方法收集2014年5月~2015年4月因病毒性脑炎在郴州市第一人民医院儿童医院住院患儿的血液样本130例,儿童保健门诊正常儿童的血液样本10例作为研究对照,应用间接酶联免疫方法检测MV Ig M抗体。结果 130例血液样本中,检出MV阳性10例（7.7%）,男女各5例,MV阳性患儿的平均年龄46.11个月,其临床表现主要为发热、头痛、呕吐和抽搐,体征主要为颈抗阳性,平均住院时间17.7天,所有患儿全部治愈出院。MV阳性患儿的血液检查结果与对照组的血液检查结果,差异无统计学意义。结论 MV是本地区儿童病毒性脑炎不可忽视的病原,且腮腺炎病毒性脑炎的血液检查基本正常,不易诊断,故应提高儿童腮腺炎病毒性脑炎的诊断方法,并积极治疗,努力改善其预后。Objective To investigate the characterization of Mumps virus（ MV） infection in the central nervous system in hospitalized children with encephalitis. Methods A total of 130 plasma samples were collected from children who were hospitalized in the Children＇s hospital of NO. 1 People＇s Hospital of Chenzhou due to viral encephalitis between May 2014 and April 2015. Ten plasma samples were collected from the health care department as control. An enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to test all specimens for MV Ig M. Results Of the 130 samples,10（ 7. 7%） were MV positive. The MV infected patients average age was 46. 11 months and clinical symptom showed fever,headache,vomiting and seizure. The main signs were stiffness and average duration of hospital stays were 17. 7 days. There was no significant difference in the blood test results between MV infected patients and health control. Conclusion MV is a major pathogen induce encephalitis that should not be neglected in children of viral encephalitis,the blood test results of Mumps virus encephalitis were normal and it is not easy to diagnose. It is important to improve the diagnostic method of Mumps virus and perform active treatment to improve prognosis.
