摘　　要：目的建立一套科学合理、量化可比的特色医疗技术评价指标体系,以及构建公平客观的评价程序。方法主要采用方法包括文献分析法、现状调查法、专家咨询法等,基于广州某三级综合性医院进行实证研究。结果特色医疗评价指标体系及评价管理活动为临床科室发展提供横向和纵向客观比较,增强医院整体的实力。结论特色医疗技术评价有利于提高医务人员积极性和价值体现,推动专科特色化发展。该评价体系及评价管理工作的进一步发展需要借助挖掘和分析医疗技术数据。Objective To build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of characteristic medical technology,and construct a fair and objective evaluation procedure. Methods The main methods include literature analysis,survey,expert consultation,and empirical research based on a three grade comprehensive hospital in Guangzhou. Results The evaluation system and management of characteristic medical technology assessment provided a horizontal and vertical objective comparison for clinical departments,and enhanced the overall strength of the hospital. Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the medical staff enthusiasm and value embodiment,and promote the department characteristic. Further development of the system and evaluation management needs the help of mining and analyzing the data of medical technology.
