摘  要:目的探索"以问题为基础的病例讨论教学结合ECS模拟人培训模式"在麻醉学专业学生实习教学中的应用。方法选择2013年1月~2013年12月的20名麻醉学专业本科实习学生为对照组,采用传统"临床带教"培养模式;2014年1月~2014年12月的20名麻醉学专业本科实习学生为实验组,采用以问题为基础的病例讨论教学结合ECS模拟人培训模式,比较两组带教效果。结果实验组理论考优秀率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),有统计学意义。实验组学生认为该培养模式可有效提升临床操作水平及临床思维能力。结论 "以问题为基础的病例讨论教学结合ECS模拟人培训模式"显著提高学生实践能力与临床思维。Objective To evaluate the application of Problem Based Learning Discussion combined with Emergency Care Simulator for Clinical Practice Teaching in Anesthesiology Department. Methods Twenty anesthesiology department undergraduates from January 2013 to December 2013 were allocated into control group. Control group received tradictional clinical practice teaching. Twenty anesthesiology department undergraduates from January 2014 to December 2014 were allocated into experimental group. Experimental group received tradictional clinical practice teaching plus PBLD and ECS training. The teaching effect was assessed after Clinical Practice. Results The students of experimental group had better outstanding scores rate in anesthesiolgy academic knowledge exam and enhanced anesthesia clinical skill,also can improved comprehensive profit about analysis of clinical thinking than control group. Conclusion Using PBLD combined ECS training for clinical practice teaching in anesthesiology departmentcan can improve anesthesia clinical skill and comprehensive profit about analysis of clinical thinking.
