中心药房手工摆药与自动药品分装机的效能对比

摘　　要：目的探讨自动药品分包机与传统手工摆对比给药房工作带来的变革效果。方法结合医院药房工作情况,将我院中心药房的自动分药机模式与手工配药模式进行比较分析。结果自动单剂量药品分包机比人工摆药所需的药师数量、药品准备和摆药及核对时间、人力成本均减少且分包数量、速度、准确率和用药安全都得到提高。结论通过自动化分装机的变革使药房对药品管理,工作效率,药学服务都有提升,值得推广使用。但药品分包机带来的日耗材成本,固定维修及保养成本也值得注意和期待解决。Objective To investigate the changes of the automatic drug dispensing machine for pharmacy work.Methods According to the actual situation of hospital pharmacy work,the current mode of pharmacy and traditional mode for comparative analysis. Results Conclusion Compared with manual drug dispensing,automatic drug dispensing machine reduces the number of dispensing pharmacist,the time of drug preparation,dispensing and checkup,daily cost of material consumption,manpower cost; It improves servicing endemic area,beds number,dispensing quantity,dispensing velocity,dispensing accuracy rate and medication security. Although automatic unit- dose drug dispensing machine increases fixed cost of maintenance,it promotes pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists. It is worthy to be applied and popularized.
