摘　　要：通过对均整机主传动装置支撑轴套的材料及加工办法进行分析,阐述了均整机主传动装置支撑轴套的加工方法,研究了加工支撑轴套时的加工余量、热处理以及专用工具的选用原因和方法,总结得出了薄壁轴套的加工要点。Through the reeling mill main drive support shaft sleeve material and processing method analysis, this paper expounds the processing method supporting shaft sleeve of main driving in reeling mill, studies machining allowance of the supporting shaft sleeve processing, heat treatment and the selection causes and methods for special tools, summarizes the processing points of the thin-wall shaft sleeve.
