摘  要:针对预应力锚固工程锈蚀情况,依据协同效应、软硬酸碱理论和阻锈剂分子链段长度与结构大小适中、阻锈剂分子能与铁配位形成五元或六元螯合环、分子中含有多个活性吸附中心、阻锈剂分子中含有两个极性基团等设计原则,从不同的技术路线制备了多种复合钢筋阻锈剂。通过腐蚀失重方法进行评价,选择了阻锈剂G,其阻锈性能与国外同类产品相当,但造价远低国外产品。In view of the corrosion situation of the pre-stressed anchor engineering, this subject prepared various composite rust and corrosion inhibitor for reinforcing bar by different kinds of technology route according to the design principles of synergies, hard and soft acid-base theory, the length and structure size of molecular chain of rust inhibitor is moderate, rust and corrosion inhibitor molecules and iron can form 5 or 6-membered ring, molecules contains multiple active adsorption center, rust inhibitor molecules contains two polar groups. By evaluating weight loss methods, developed the rust inhibitor G, its rust resistance performance is comparable to similar foreign products, but the cost is much lower than that of the foreign products.
