摘 要:为了解决传统设计中钢筋混凝土结构等各类节点部位因钢筋过密所带来的一系列施工和工程质量问题,本文结合工程案例进行了理论分析和工程实践归纳总结,分别从设计和施工角度提出了有效改进措施,以期能够引起相关设计和施工人员的重视,从而改进设计和施工工艺,提高施工质量及结构的承载力和耐久性。In order to solve a series of problems on construction and quality because of overcrowding reinforcements in joints in reinforced concrete structure and others according to traditional resign,such as the clear space between bars less than specification,more embedded pipelines and other influencing factors,which can lead to concrete desintegration and worse compaction and reinforced displacement by vibrating the concrete on the spot,which could also cause strength and shrinkage difference of concrete in different beds,and reinforced exposed,voids and hungry spots,holes and other quality problems. This paper analyzed theoretically and summarized by engineering practices combined a project according to the classic engineering problem. A series of effective measures are proposed by design and construction,which could be encouraged by relevant designers and builders in order to improve design method and construction technology and quality,bearing capacity and durability of engineering structure.
