蛭石对聚羧酸减水剂应用性能影响分析

摘  要:骨料含泥量问题已成为危害掺聚羧酸高性能减水剂混凝土新拌性能的关键因素。采用坍落度法测试一种黏土矿物——蛭石对混凝土流动性的影响规律,并借助总有机碳分析仪(TOC)考察聚羧酸减水剂在蛭石上的吸附特性。结果表明:随着蛭石掺量的提高,掺聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土的初始流动性降低、流动性经时变化量增加;TOC的结果表明蛭石对聚羧酸减水剂有较强的吸附作用,是造成聚羧酸减水剂性能降低的根本原因。Aggregate of hydraulic problem has become the key factors to harm the performance of new concrete performance mixed with polycarboxylate concrete admixtures. Used slumps method to test the influence of liquidity of concrete by clay minerals vermiculite,and studied the adsorption characteristics of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on vermiculite in virtue of TOC. The results showed that the initial fluidity of concrete mixed polycarboxylate superplasticizer was reduced and fluidity time-dependent behavior was increased with the increase of dosage of vermiculite;and the TOC results showed vermiculite has the strong adsorption to polycarboxylate superplasticizer,it was also the primary cause to the performance degradation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
