军队社会医学与卫生事业管理学科研究热点与趋势  

Research Focuses and Development Trends in the Discipline of Military Social Medicine and Health Management

摘　　要：利用聚类分析和战略坐标图对《解放军医院管理杂志》、《人民军医》、《实用医药杂志》载文信息进行分析,构建"军队社会医学与卫生事业管理"学科研究的知识地图。结果表明,社会医学与卫生事业管理学科研究领域较多,但近一半处于研究网络的边缘;"军队医院管理与医疗服务""军队卫生资源与卫生事业""医疗纠纷与医患关系""军队卫生能力建设"是当前学科领域研究的热点;"卫生服务公平性""军队医院改革""医疗保险"这三个研究热点正逐步受到重视,具有潜在的发展趋势。Based on the datasets of Hospital Administration Journal of Chinese People＇s Liberation Army, People＇s Military Surgeon and Practical Journal of Medicine and Pharmacy, by using clustering analysis and strate- gic diagram, this study constructed the knowledge map in the discipline of Military Social Medicine and Health Management. The results showed that： various research fields were included, but more than half of the researches were located at the edge of research network ; military hospital management ＆ medical service, military health re- sources, medical dispute ＆ doctor -patient relationship and military health bility building were among the research focuses ; while equity of healthcare service, military hospital reform and medical insurance were likely to be the re- search trends in the future.
