风险管理理论在某三甲医院应急管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在医院应急管理实践中引入风险管理理论,加强医院应急工作的前端管理。方法通过对某三级甲等医院的灾害脆弱性分析、不良事件上报信息、患者满意度调查、医德医风投诉情况、医疗纠纷情况、医院行政总值班记录和医院安全大检查资料进行统计分析。结果通过风险识别和分析,查找出医院运营中现实和潜在风险因素,实施风险管理,提升医院应急管理能力。结论风险管理理论在医院应急管理工作中的应用切实提高医院应急管理能力。Objective This study tried to apply risk management theory to the practice of hospital emer- gency management, to explore and identify the medical risk or potential medical risk of the hospital operation, and take series of measures to implement the risk management in order to strengthen front - end management of hospital emergency management. Methods Data of hospital disaster vulnerability analysis, adverse event reporting infor- mation, patient satisfaction surveys and medical ethics complaints, medical disputes or accidents, hospital adminis- tration records, and the hospital safety inspection reports were analyzed. Results Through the risk identification and analysis, hospital emergency management ability was promoted, by finding out the hospital operating in reality and potential risk factors, and implementation of risk management.
