摘　　要：对医院科室质量管理小组的组织架构、建设措施、实施成效等进行系统阐述。科级医疗质量管理小组是依据"品管圈"等医院医疗质量管理理论开展的医疗质量管理实践活动,是医院医疗质量管理的有效举措,同时对医院的医疗团队建设、文化建设等均具有促进作用。The authors systematically expounded the organization structure, construction measures and im- plementation effect of the quality management team of department lever in hospital, The estabhshment of the medi- cal quality management group was the practice of medical quality management, based on the quality control circle and other hospital medical quality management theory, which was also an effective measure of hospital medical quality management, and could promote the construction of the medical team and the hospital cultural.
