大数据技术方法在健康管理中的应用

摘　　要：从大数据的时代背景、定义和特征类型出发,对大数据技术方法进行综述。概述大数据基础架构支持和数据采集;列举数据存储技术,包括关系型数据库、非关系型数据库、实时数据库和列式数据库;介绍基于并行计算的分布式数据处理技术、分布式流处理技术和内存计算处理技术等数据处理技术;分析对比各类数据挖掘技术的优劣性;介绍大数据展示与交互技术;最后介绍大数据方法技术在健康管理和疾病管理中的研究应用。Rooted in the historical background, definition and characteristics of Big Data, this study sum- marized the technologies of Big Data. Firstly, this study summarized the basic framework support of Big Data and Data Acquisition. Secondly, data storage solutions including relational database, non -relational database, real - time database and columnar database were listed. Thirdly, this paper also contained data processing technologies, such as distributed processing based on parallel computing, distributed stream processing and in - memory process- ing computing technology. Furthermore, this study made pros and cons analysis on different kinds of Data Mining technologies and introduced technologies of data display and interaction＇. At last, this study shared the technology application of Big Data in health management and disease control.
