摘　　要：医院深入贯彻落实党在新形势下强军目标的要求,不断创新为兵服务举措,投入专项资金为官兵解决实事、延伸服务建立医疗服务站、开展"满足官兵需求,提升服务质量"主题活动、建强军地一体化救治体系,有力提高医疗服务质量和官兵健康保障水平,为助推部队战斗力提升发挥作用。Innovative ways to serve the soldiers were adopted in authors＇ hospital, including the investment of special funds to solve practical problems, establishing medical service station, carrying out the meet the needs of soldiers, enhance the quality of service theme activities, building a strong military integrated treatment system, which effectively improved the level of medical service quality and soldiers＇ health status, played an important role in enhancing the combat effectiveness of troops.
