摘　　要：医院的经济发展,通常包括"总量增长、结构变动和发展水平提高"三个阶段。虽然医院发展和扩张速度很快,但收入与效益的增长不成比例,效益不高和效率低下的问题依然突出,阻碍和迟滞医院的可持续发展。在公益与效益之间寻求最佳平衡点,在确保医院公益性的同时,使医院逐年步入"优质、高效、低耗"的可持续发展之路,值得医院各级管理者关注和重视。The economic development of a hospital usually experiences three stages, economy total growth, structure adjustment and improvement of developing ability. In recent years, hospital development and expansion was very fast, but the growth of income and benefit increase of hospital was out of proportion. Poor efficiency and low efficiency were still very prominent, which hindered and delayed the sustainable development of the hospital. How to seek the best balance between public welfare and efficiency, ensuring the hospital public welfare, and pro- moting a sustainable development path of hospital, was a key issue worthy of attention.
