摘  要:目的调查门诊量的变化规律及趋势,提高门诊服务质量,优化患者就诊流程。方法对医院门诊量按时间序列数据季节指数分析法进行统计,分析门诊量随时间的变化趋势。采取多种方式和途径改善门诊流程的管理。结果门诊量呈逐年上升趋势,随时间变化存在一定的规律性、周期性和波动性,每年1月、2月为门诊量的低谷期,7月、8月为门诊量的高峰期,每年第一季度低、第三季度高。结论根据门诊量的周期变化规律,合理配置人力等各项资源,改善就诊环境,增强患者满意度,提高工作效率。Objective To investigate the changes and trends of outpatient service quantity in our hospital, and to improve the service quality and optimize the process of the outpatient visit. Methods The time series data of the hospital outpatient service quantity was analyzed by the seasonal index. A variety of ways were token to im- prove the management of outpatient process. Results The outpatient amount was increasing year by year. There were certain regularity, periodicity and fluctuation in time. The annual outpatient visits were the least in January and February, and the highest in July and August. Conclusion According to the change of the outpatient quanti- ty, human resources should be rational allocated, treatment environment should be improved, to enhance the pa- tient satisfaction and improve work efficiency.
