氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效。方法：选择2013年8月-2015年1月我院收治的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者102例为临床研究对象，随机分为参照组和研究组，每组51例。参照组采用维生素E酸涂抹治疗，研究组采用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗，治疗后观察2组疗效、心理状态和不良反应的差异性。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于参照组，有显著差异，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。不良反应发生率方面，2组均比较轻微，2组的数据对比，没有显著差异，P〉0．05，无统计学意义。研究组患者心理状态改善明显比参照组佳，有显著差异，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：应用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切，有利于改善患者临床症状，改善患者长期受依赖性皮炎困扰而出现的不良心理，且安全性高，值得推广。Objective： To observe the flufenamic acid ester ointment for the treatment of hormone - dependent facial dermatitis treatment. Methods： August 2013 - January 2015 in our hospital hormone -dependent facial dermatitis patients for clinical study 102 cases were ran- domly divided into a control group and observation group, 51 cases in each group. The control group with vitamin E smear acid treatment, observation group flufenamic acid ester ointment treatment, were observed after treatment efficacy, and adverse psychological status differ- ences. Results： The patients in the observation group total efficiencyas significantly higher, there was a significant difference P 〈 0.05, sta- tistically significant. The incidence of adverse events in both groups were relatively minor, data comparison between the two groups, there was no significant difference P 〉 0.05, not statistically significant. Psychological state of patients in the observation group than the control group improved significantly good, there were significant differences P 〈 0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion： flufenamic acid ester ointment for the treatment of hormone -dependent facial dermatitis efficacy, would help to improve the clinical symptoms, improve patients＂ long - term dependence dermatitis troubled by the emergence of adverse psychological, and safe, it might be worth promoting.
