摘  要:基于某铁路盾构隧道钢筋钢纤维混凝土管片极限状态设计,就钢纤维参数对受力主筋用量的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:长径比相同的情况下,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,受力主筋用量呈线性趋势减小,在钢纤维掺量相同的条件下,随着长径比的增加,受力主筋用量基本呈线性趋势减小;通过线性回归分析,分别得到钢纤维掺量、长径比与受力主筋减少量的关系表达式,相关系数分别为1.000 0、0.999 4;基于钢纤维掺量对受力主筋减少量的表达式,引入影响系数ξ表征钢纤维型号的影响,得出钢纤维参数与受力主筋减少量之间的关系表达式。该式可用于对预测分析采用不同钢纤维型号和掺量时的受力主筋减少量,但同时存在一定局限性,需进一步研究修正。Based on SFRC shield segment limit design of a tunnel in the shield zone,the study is focused on the influence of steel fiber parameters on reinforcement quantity. The results show that when the length-diameter ratio is identical,the amount of reinforcement tends to reduce linearly with the increase of the steel fiber. When the steel fiber content is identical,the amount of reinforcement tends to reduce linearly with the increase of length-diameter ratio. The relational expression of the steel fiber content and reinforcement reduction is drawn out by linear regression and the correlation coefficients are 1. 000 0 and0. 999 4 respectively. Based on the relational expression of the steel fiber content and reinforcement reduction,the expression of the steel fiber parameters and reinforcement reduction is given by inserting the coefficient taking account of the steel fiber model. The expression could be used to predict the reinforcement reduction,but it also has limitations and requires further study and modification.
