关角隧道防灾救援信号控制方案研究与设计

摘　　要：针对青藏铁路西格二线关角隧道的特殊性,在现有设置遮断信号机的情况下,研究提出一种防灾救援信号控制方案。该方案能安全、有效的控制隧道外列车运行,为隧道救援赢得时间和空间。In view of the characteristics of Guanjiao tunnel which is located on Qinghai- Tibet Railway Xi'ning- Golmud second line,this paper studies and proposes a signal control program for disaster prevention and rescue under the circumstance that the current track assets obstruct the signal equipment.The program can control train operation safely and effectively outside the tunnel to gain time & space for disaster prevention and rescue in the Tunnel.
