摘　　要：ATML标准是现今测试领域的一个信息存储和传递的标准,已日益受到各国测试行业人士的关注。它以XML文件形式组织测试过程全寿命周期信息,这种不需要任何编译环境及特定运行平台要求的信息中间载体为实现仪器可互换性和TPS重用性、可移植性提供了很好的基础,是下一代自动测试系统关键技术的重要组成部分。空空导弹的测试具有一定的特殊性,ATML标准需要进行适当的裁剪和扩充。As a standard for information storage and transmission in the field of testing,ATML has been increasingly concerned by the testing industry.It takes the XML files to organize the testing process of the whole life cycle information.As the intermediate vector of information,XML does not require any compiler environment and specific operation platform and provides a good foundation for the realization of instrument interchangeability,TPS reusablity and transportability.ATML is the key technology of the next generation of ATS.The test of air to air missile has a certain particularity,ATML is required for proper cutting and expansion.
