摘  要:针对振动压路机的跳振问题,基于"机-土"振动系统的二自由度振动数学模型,通过比较分析各种跳振现象下的压实对象状态和压路机参数,得出压路机跳振的原因是由于振动系统功率不足、施工工艺不合理、工作频率异常及减振系统破坏等,并结合部分典型案例,提出了具有参考价值的解决方案。Aimed at the jump vibration of vibratory roller,parameters and two inherent frequencies which might affect the compaction were put forward with a two-degree-of-freedom mathematical model of roller-soil vibration system.According to the analysis of compacted object states and roller parameters,the main reason for jump vibration is that the vibration system does not work as designed,caused by some reasons such as insufficient power,unreasonable construction techniques,abnormal operating frequency and damping system malfunction.And solutions were proposed combined with some typical cases in the market.
