摘　　要：[目的/意义]面向大学科技园的高校图书馆专利分析服务,对于高校图书馆实现内在价值最大化、促进大学科技园创新型企业的孵化成长和科技成果转化都有着重要的现实意义。[方法/过程]论证高校图书馆面向大学科技园创新型企业开展专利分析服务可行性和必要性,列举专利分析的方法、重点内容与方向,探索建立面向大学科技园的高校图书馆专利分析服务机制。[结果/结论]提出对大学科技园企业开展有针对性的信息情报服务是高校图书馆充分发挥其区域智库功能、履行社会职能的重要举措。高校图书馆可以通过建立人才培养培训机制、打造服务品牌、建立健全考核激励机制、实施嵌入式专利分析服务模式,建立面向大学科技园的高校图书馆专利分析服务机制。[Purpose/significance] University library’s patent analysis for university s＆t park has realistic significance to maximize intrinsic value of university library, and to promote hatching and growing of innovative enterprises and transformation of sci-tech achievements in university s＆t park. [Method/process] The paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of university library’s patent analysis service for university S＆T park, and enumerates patent analysis’ s methods, main contents and direction, and explores to establish university library’s patent analysis service mechanism for university s＆t park. [Result/conclusion] The paper proposes that providing targeted information service for university s＆t park’s innovative enterprises is an important measure for university library to give full play of regional think tank function and to perform social functions. The university library can establish university library ’s patent analysis service mechanism for university s＆t park by establishing talents cultivating and training mechanism, creating service brand, establishing and improving evaluation and incentive mechanism, and performing embedded patent analysis service mode.
