摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究高校图书馆科技查新站的论文查收查引应用系统。[方法/过程]建立基于高校师生信息数据库的高校论文及引文数据库,基于云平台提供数据和应用服务,自动生成查收和查引报告与二维码。[结果/结论]用户在手机或平板上提交查收查引委托,经查新站审核后,凭二维码即可到科技查新站打印报告,既方便用户使用,也减轻了查新站的工作负担。[Purpose/significance]The paper studies application system of theses’ coverage and citation certification in sci-tech novelty retrieval station of university library. [Method/process] The paper builds a university these and citations databases on the basis of information database of teachers and students, so as to provide data and application service basing on cloud platform, and generate coverage and citation report and QR code automatically. [Result/conclusion] Users apply for certifications by mobile phone or tablet PC, and take the QR code to sci-tech novelty retrieval station to print certification report after audits. The certification automation system not only is convenient for users, but also reduces the work burden of sci-tech novelty retrieval station.
