摘 要:[目的/意义]探讨图书馆的智慧服务模式,可以促进从智慧服务、智慧人群的角度加深对智慧图书馆的研究。[方法/过程]首先阐述国内外智慧图书馆的研究现状,提出智慧服务定义;其次基于物联网、大数据等新技术,构建了基于用户行为的图书馆智慧服务模式。[结果/结论]图书馆服务由"知"转"智"的过程除了需要技术支撑外,还需要观念和思维转变。一方面,图书馆需要大力培养智慧型馆员,为智慧服务提供人才准备;另一方面需要对技术设备以及建筑空间进行智慧化改造,为图书馆开展智慧服务奠定物质基础。[Purpose/significance] Discussion of library’s smart service mode can promote to deepen research of smart library from angles of smart service and smart crowd.[Method/process] The paper firstly elaborates research situation of smart library at home and abroad, and puts forward the definition of smart service; then, bases on emerging technologies such like Internet of Things and Big Data, constructs user’s behavior-based smart service mode of library. [Result/conclusion] The process of library’s service change from knowledgeable to smart not only needs technical support, but also needs concept and thinking changes. On the one hand, library needs vigorously develop smart librarian to prepare talents for smart service, on the other hand, needs to reform technological device and building space into smart to establish material foundation for library’s developing smart service.
