安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用价值。方法自2015年1月起我院药剂科实施安全质量管理措施,选择我院2015年1月~2015年12月药剂科药品1 056种及取药患者98例设为观察组,选择我院2014年1月~2014年12月药剂科药品1 161种及取药患者98例设为对照组。对比两组药品管理情况及患者用药满意度。结果观察组药品管理情况及患者用药满意均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论医院药剂科管理中采用安全质量管理理念可明显改善药品管理质量,减少药品不良事件发生,有效提升患者的用药满意度。Objective To evaluate the value of safety and quality management concept in hospital pharmacy management. Methods From January 2015 to implement safety and quality in our hospital pharmacy management measures in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 and 1 056 kinds of drugs pharmacy dispensary observation group 98 patients, our hospital in January 2014 to December 2014 pharmacy 1 161 kinds of drugs and medicine to 98 patients in the control group. Compared two groups of drugs and the management of patients with medication satisfaction. Results Observation group and the management of patients with medication drugs satisfaction were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hospital pharmacy management adopted safety and quality management concepts can significantly improve the quality of drug management, reduce adverse drug events, effectively promote the upgrading of medication the patient satisfaction.
