妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症临床分析

摘　　要：目的对妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的临床特点进行研究分析,探究治疗方式,为临床治疗提供依据。方法根据2011年5月~2013年8月我院28例妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者进行研究分析,对患者的临床治疗情况进行回顾分析。结果患者都接受1次完整病灶切除手术治疗,如果患者的病症较大或者部位特殊,先进行辅助治疗,减少病灶范围,降低手术的难度和患者的损伤程度。术后对患者进行了平均（21.3±1.9）个月的随访,均无复发的情况出现。结论根据患者的病史以及病理检查,对患者的手术切口子宫内膜异位症进行判断分析,使用手术和药物相结合的治疗方式具有比较好的治疗效果。Objective To study and analysis the clinical characteristics of endometriosis in obstetrics and gynecology operation, to explore the treatment method and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods Selected 28 patients with endometriosis from May 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were treated with 1 complete lesion resection, the operation incision healed by I, and the diagnosis was confirmed by the diagnosis of the patients with endometriosis. If the patient＇s disease is larger or special parts, should be assisted treatment, reduce the range of lesions, so that the difficulty of surgery decreased, reduce the degree of injury patients. Postoperative patients were followed up for an average of（21.3±1.9） months, and no recurrence occurred. Conclusion According to patient history and pathological examination of patients with incision endometriosis of analysis and judgment, using a combination of surgery and drug treatment has a good therapeutic effect.
