摘 要:目的观察肠内营养支持在胃肠外科术后的早期应用效果,并探讨相应护理干预措施。方法严格按照随机方法选择我院91例胃肠道外科手术患者作为观察对象,所有患者术后均进行肠内营养支持,并配合良好的护理干预措施,比较患者治疗前后体内营养指标改善情况。结果 91例患者中,3例术后发生感染并发症;肠内营养支持及护理干预后,患者转铁蛋白、血清前白蛋白、白蛋白等营养指标有所改善,与术后未进行营养干预前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠外科术后,及时为患者开展早期肠内营养干预,并为其提供对应的护理干预,可改善患者营养状况,减少术后并发症发生率,对患者预后具有促进作用。Objective To observe the effect of early application of enteral nutrition support in patients after gastrointestinal surgery and to explore the corresponding nursing intervention measures. Methods Strictly according to the random method, selected 91 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients in our hospital as the observation object, after surgery, all patients were enteral nutrition support, and nursing intervention measures good, patients with nutritional indicators to improve the situation before and after. Results 91 patients, only 3 cases of postoperative occurrence of infectious complications, enteral nutrition support and nursing intervention, patients with transferrin, serum prealbumin, albumin and other nutritional indicators improved significantly, and postoperative without nutrition intervention compared with before, the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion After gastrointestinal surgery, timely for patients to carry out early enteral nutrition intervention, and provide the corresponding nursing intervention, can improve the nutritional status of the patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and on the prognosis of the patients has a role in promoting.
