延伸护理在狼疮肾病患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨延伸护理在狼疮肾病患者的临床应用效果。方法取我院收治的30例狼疮肾病患者应用免疫制剂及糖皮质激素进行治疗,同时加以用药、心理、健康指导及出院后进行跟踪随访等延伸护理干预手段加强对疾病发作的控制及生活质量的提升。结果所有患者均抢救成功,出院后随访3~4年,2例出院半年后复发,预后良好。结论延伸护理干预措施可从多方面改善患者病情并提高其预后生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of extended care in the clinical application of lupus kidney disease patients. Methods Extended care interventions in our hospital admitted 30 cases of lupus kidney disease patients immune agents and glucocorticoid treatment, at the same time to medication, psychological, health guidance and were followed up after discharge, etc. to strengthen control and enhance the quality of life of disease onset. Results All patients were rescued after discharge followed up for 3 to 4 years, two cases discharged from hospital six months after the recurrence, the prognosis is good. Conclusion Extended care interventions may improve the patient＇s condition in many ways and improve their quality of life outcomes.
