摘　　要：目的探讨痔上黏膜环形切除术（Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids PPH）治疗混合痔患者的围手术期整体护理效果。方法回顾性分析本组125例PPH术治疗混合痔患者的治疗效果及围手术期病情观察和护理,总结PPH术治疗混合痔患者围术期整体护理要点。结果 125例PPH术治疗混合痔患者通过医护人员精心的治疗和护理,119例顺利治愈,1例术后出血,2例术后大便有不尽感,3例尿潴留,住院日3~9 d,平均住院日（5.1±2.1）d。结论护士做好围手术期以患者为中心的整体护理,包括心理护理、术前术后护理及健康教育指导,可以有效减轻患者痛苦,减少术后并发症,提高手术成功率和患者的自我康复能力,缩短患者住院时间。Objective To explore the superior hemorrhoidal mucosa resection（Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids PPH） peri-operative nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoid. Methods Selected 125 cases PPH operation treatment mixed hemorrhoids patients of treatment effect and the surrounding surgery period illness observation and nursing, summary PPH operation treatment mixed hemorrhoids patients surrounding operation period overall nursing points. Results 125 cases PPH operation treatment mixed hemorrhoids patients through medical personnel carefully of treatment and nursing 119 cases smooth cure, 1 cases operation Hou bleeding, operation Hou stool has not sense 2 cases, urinary retention 3 cases. hospital day 3~9 days, average hospital day（5.1±2.1） d. Conclusion Perioperative management of nurses to patient-centered nursing including psychosocial care, postoperative care and health education before operation, can effectively relieve pain, reduces postoperative complications, improve the success rate and self-healing capabilities, shorten patient length of stay.
