有序化心理干预在住院冠心病患者焦虑状态中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨应用有序化心理干预对住院冠心病患者的不同焦虑状态的效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月于我院接受住院治疗的冠心病患者80例,依照焦虑程度分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予有序化心理干预,一周后对比两组患者干预前后的负性情绪指标差异和护理效果。结果干预前,观察组和对照组的一般资料和焦虑状态对比,差异不具有统计学意义,P〉0.05,心理干预后,观察组的焦虑情绪指标高于对照组,且护理效果优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论对住院的冠心病患者采取有序化心理干预能够缓解患者负面情绪,改善焦虑状态,提高护理效果。Objective To observe and explore the effect of ordered psychological intervention on patients with coronary heart disease in different state of anxiety. Methods Selected 80 cases of coronary heart disease from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, which were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the degree of anxiety, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given ordered psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. After one week, the differences of negative emotion and nursing effect were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results Before intervention, observation group and control group of general information and state anxiety had no significant difference, P〉0.05, intervention, anxiety index differences in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and observe the effect of nursing group was significantly better than the control group, two groups of numbers according to the comparison with significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion In order to reduce the negative emotion and improve the nursing effect of patients with coronary heart disease in order to improve the nursing effect, it has the value of clinical promotion.
