摘 要:在Isight中搭建过程集成参数研究平台和优化平台,对某型轿车白车身进行灵敏度分析,找出对质量和响应位移敏感、对弯曲刚度和扭转刚度不敏感的零件。通过优化拉丁超立方实验设计构造样本点并建立RSM近似模型,结合多岛遗传算法和序列二次规划算法的优化方式进行多目标优化,优化后的白车身质量和响应位移有不同程度减小,而车身弯扭刚度没有明显减小。A process integration parameter optimization and study platform was set up in Isight.Through the sensitivity analysis of a certain body-in-white(BIW),the parts which had a principal impact on mass and response displacement and a minor impact on bending stiffness and torsion stiffness were found out.The Opt-LHD was used to generate sample points,then the RSM approximation model was built.The optimization strategy which combined Multi-Island GA and NLPQL was used to obtain the optimum result of the mass and response displacement.After optimization,the mass and displacement of the BIW decreased while the body bending stiffness and torsion stiffness had little decrease.The method presented in this paper has a reference value for vehicle body optimization.
