摘 要:以铣床十字滑台为研究对象,通过对铣床的工作过程和控制要求进行分析,给出了机床动作循环图、液压工作原理图;采用PLC控制铣床液压传动系统,并进行软、硬件设计,绘制了PLC外部接线图,列出了I/O地址分配表等。实验结果表明,采用PLC控制铣床液压传动系统,可以对其进行实时监控,大大缩短了安装和调试时间。The cross slide of milling machine was taken as the research object,the work process and control requirements of the milling machine were analyzed,the motion cycle diagram and hydraulic principle diagram of the machine were given.A PLC was used to control the milling machine hydraulic system,and the hardware and software were designed.The external wiring diagram of PLC was drawn,the table of I/O address allocation was listed,etc.The experimental results show that the milling machine hydraulic system controlled by PLC can realized the monitoring in real time.Thus the installation and commissioning time can be greatly shortened.
