摘　　要：楼宇智能控制系统是由中央管理站、各种DDC控制器及各类传感器、执行机构组成的,是能够完成多种控制及管理功能的系统。该系统主要由单片机接收主机发来的信号并进行处理,可开启相应的家电设备;通过红外传感器检测用户家里是否有盗贼出入,通过烟雾传感器检测家里是否有煤气泄漏和火灾发生,同时可以采集家里的温度和电压信号;可采用虚拟串口、PROTEUS和keilC软件对其进行联合仿真和调试。The intelligent building control system is composed of central management station,various DDC controllers,various sensors and actuators,can accomplish many kinds of control and management functions.The MCU receives the signal from the host computer and processes it,then it can open the corresponding user appliances,through infrared sensors to detect whether there is a thief,through the smoke sensor to detect whether there is a gas leak or fire.At the same time,it can collect the temperature and voltage signal at home.The system can be simulated and debugged using the virtual serial port,PROTEUS and keilc.
