摘　　要：棒材厂中小型轧线冷剪区域定尺剪切控制系统由于设备老化等诸多原因,难以满足现场生产需求,介绍了棒材线冷剪区域定尺剪切控制系统的硬件配置、控制原理以及控制系统的优化过程。Due to the aging equipment and many other reasons,the control system is difficult to meet the production demand in small and medium-sized line cold cut area.This paper briefly explained the configuration,control principle and optimization process of the control system.
