数字化冲击下传统图书业的生存与发展——基于产业链结构视角的思考

摘　　要：长期以来,图书出版社在传统出版产业链中处于核心地位。然而全面数字化阅读平台和自出版平台的出现,将上游作品来源和下游的发行与阅读市场从原有的产业链格局中逐渐剥离出来,并自成一条新的产业链,传统图书出版社的地位则被边缘化。面临全面数字化的冲击,传统图书出版社应当与时俱进,着手从产业链的上游和下游培育自己忠实的作者和读者市场,并需尝试创新产业链延伸模式。It has been a long time that publishing houses occupy a core position in traditional publishing industry chain. However, the emergence of all-around digital reading platform and self-publishing platform is gradually stripping the source of books as well as distribution and reading market from the origninal industry chain, which have together formed a new industry chain, leading to the marginalization of traditional publishing houses. Facing the digital challenge, the traditional publishing houses should keep pace with the times, cultivate their own loyal authors and readers＇ market and try to innovate the industry chain extension mode.
