循证护理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨运用循证护理方法对预防和减少老年住院患者跌倒的效果。方法：选取2013年11月-2014年11月在神经内科住院且年龄≥65岁的461例老年患者作为观察组,参照循证护理步骤,提出问题,查找应用证据,将护理依据、护理人员的个人技能以及患者的实际情况和愿望有机地结合起来,制定出完善的护理措施,并与2012年11月-2013年10月收治的428例老年住院患者（对照组）进行比较。结果：观察组住院期间未发生跌倒,对照组中428例老年患者中发生跌倒6例,两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：应用循证护理方法,能有效预防老年住院患者跌倒的发生,提高患者的安全,提高护理质量。Objective：To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on preventing falling for elderly inpatients.Methods：Selected 461 cases of elderly inpatients over the age of 65 hospitalized in neurology department from November 2013 to November 2014 as the observation group.Referring to evidence-based nursing procedure,raised questions,inspected application evidence,organically combined the nursing evidence and personal skills of nurses with actual conditions and willingness of patients to formulate the perfect nursing measures,and then compared it with the control group of 428 cases of elderly inpatients selected from November 2012 to October 2013.Results：The inpatients of observation group had not tumbled during the hospital stay,and 6 out of 428 cases of control group had tumbled during the hospital stay.The difference was of statistic significance（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent elderly inpatients from tumbling,improving inpatients＇ security as well as nursing quality.
