摘　　要：目的：探讨模拟手指在产科中的应用效果。方法：选择2014年8月-2015年2月我院产科住院、自然分娩、会阴裂伤的60例足月妊娠产妇作为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用模拟手指,对照组未使用模拟手指。比较分析两组产妇的切口愈合的效果和平均住院时间,以及针刺伤引起的医护人员职业暴露率。结果：观察组住院时间、职业暴露少于对照组,观察组愈合效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通过使用模拟手指于阴道缝合,使操作视野更加直观,更好地暴露会阴切口,缩短住院时间,减少职业暴露,促进切口愈合。Objective：To discuss the application effect of analog finger on obstetrical department.Methods：Selected 60 cases of puerperas with full-term pregnancy,spontaneous labor and perineal laceration hospitalized in our obstetrical department from August 2014 to February 2015 as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group at random.The observation group used analog finger and the control group didn＇ t use analog finger.Compared and analyzed the wound healing effect and average hospital stay of two group puerperas,as well as the occupational exposure rate of medical personnel caused by pricking wound.Results：The hospital stay and occupational exposure of observation group were less than that of control group;the healing effect of observation group was better than that of control group;the differences had statistical significance（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of analog finger to vagina suture could make the operation view more intuitive,expose perineum incision better,shorten hospital stay,reduce occupational exposure and promote wound healing.
