摘 要:目的:将绩效管理应用于骨科护理实践中,丰富护理质量管理内容,探索科室护理质量管理的新模式,不断提升护理质量。方法:根据护理质量管理的基本任务,制定骨科绩效管理模式,应用于临床实践,比较两者结合后在护理质量合格率、护理不良事件发生率及患者对护理工作满意度方面的影响。结果:绩效管理实施后各项护理质量合格率均明显高于实施前(P<0.05),护理不良事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.05),患者对护理工作满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:将骨科绩效管理与护理质量管理紧密结合,可使护士的主人翁意识得到加强,增加了护士的责任感及工作满意度,临床护理工作得到促进与发展,有利于护理质量管理的持续改进。Objective:To apply performance management to orthopedics department nursing practice,richen nursing quality management content,explore the new mode of department nursing quality management and improve nursing quality constantly.Methods:According to the basic tasks of nursing quality management,developed orthopedics department performance management,applied it to clinical practice,compared the influence of nursing quality qualified rate,incidence rate of adverse nursing event and patients' satisfaction of nursing work after the combination.Result:After the implementation of performance management,different qualified rates of nursing quality were obviously higher than that before the implementation( P〈 0.05);patients' satisfaction of nursing work was obviously higher than that before the implementation( P〈 0.05).Conclusion:The close combination of performance management of orthopedics department and nursing quality management could strengthen nurses' master awareness,sense of responsibility and job satisfaction.Besides,it could promote and develop clinical nursing work and benefit the constant improvement of nursing quality management.
