中医情志护理在急诊女性患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医情志护理在急诊女性患者中的应用效果。方法:选择来我院寻求急诊治疗的女性患者244例,随机等分为对照组和试验组,两组患者给予常规护理,试验组加用中医情志护理。比较两组患者治疗后的住院时间、SAS评分、治疗效果。结果:试验组患者的住院时间和SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊女性患者中应用情志护理,能改善患者紧张、焦虑及恐惧心理,使患者积极配合治疗,疗效随之提高。Objective：To discuss the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotion nursing on emergency female patients.Methods：Selected 244 cases of female patients seeking emergency treatment in our hospital and divided them into control group and experimental group at random.Two groups patients were given conventional nursing and esperimental group was added traditional Chinese medicine emotion nursing.Compared the length of stay,SAS grade and treatment effect of two groups patients after treatment.Results：The length of stay and SAS grade of experimental group were less than that of control group（ P〈 0.05）;the treatment effect was better than that of control group（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of emotion nursing to emergency female patients could release patients＇ tension,anxiety and fear so as to make patients coordinate treatment positively and improve treatment effect.
