摘 要:传统井口装置承压本体强度校核的方法采取破坏性试验即爆破法,因其成本高、设计周期长等因素,逐步被理论计算方法所取代。目前采用的理论计算包括经验公式和有限元分析两种。随着计算机技术的快速发展及推广,Pro/E以其便捷的参数化设计在工业设计领域中得到了广泛的应用。本文通过理论计算和Pro/E有限元分析结果与爆破试验的结果相互对比,得出PRO/E有限元分析结果作为一种可靠的强度校核方法,在替代经验公式计算及爆破试验方法、降低设计成本的同时,可大大缩短产品设计开发周期。The destructive test taking blasting method as the traditional wellhead bearing body method of stresscheck, because of its high cost and long design cycle and other factors, is gradually replaced by the theoreticalcalculation method, which includes the calculation of the empirical formula and finite element analysis of two cur-rently adopted theory. With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, Pro/E with its con-venient parametric design has been widely applied in the industrial field. In this paper, compared with the resultsof the blasting test through mutual verification of theoretical calculation and Pro/E finite element analysis, the re-sults of PRO/E finite element analysis are used as a reliable method for strength check instead of empirical formu-la calculation and blasting test method, which can reduce the design cost, greatly shorten the product design anddevelopment cycle.
