摘　　要：目的:探讨各种取出标本的方法对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后切口感染的影响。方法:选取1 343例腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者,针对不同的取阑尾标本的方法术后出现切口感染率的不同进行对比分析。结果:分别对三组患者的术后感染率进行对比分析,使用袋口可收紧式标本袋组术后切口感染率(0.49%)明显低于其他两组(分别为1.14%、2.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:袋口可收紧式标本袋应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术,可明显减低术后切口感染几率,可在临床上广泛应用于各类腹腔镜手术。Objective To investigate the effect of the various methods of specimens were removed for incision infection after laparoscopic appendectomy. Method A total of 1 343 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy patients given laparoscopic appendectomy were selected. The postoperative incision infection rates were analysed according to the methods of the appendix removed. Results Based on the rate were compared between 3 groups of patients with postoperative infection rate of incision infection,use mouth tightening type specimen bag after the operation of group（ 0. 49%） was significantly lower than the other two groups（ 1. 14%,2. 21%,respectively）,statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The type specimen bag can be tightened used in laparoscopic appendectomy,significantly reduce postoperative incision infection probability. The bag can be widely used in clinic for various laparoscopic operation.
