B超监测下吸宫与宫腔球囊压迫治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨经B超监测下吸宫与宫腔球囊压迫治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析收治的30例剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的临床资料,其中子宫动脉栓塞术后吸宫15例,B超监测下吸宫术后局部球囊压迫15例。结果:两组年龄、停经天数、术前血HCG、妊娠囊直径、子宫肌层厚度、术中出血量、术后出血量、住院天数及术后血HCG降至正常的时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在手术时间、住院费用方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经B超监测下吸宫与宫腔球囊压迫治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠操作简单,疗效确切,住院费用低,可考虑作为一种较好的治疗方案在临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ultrasound- guided uterine aspiration and saccule compression in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Method The data of thirty patients with cesarean scar pregnancy who were treated was analyzed retrospectively. Each group included fifteen patients. Results There was no significant difference in age,menopause days,blood level of HCG,diameter of gestational sac,thickness of myometrium,amount of intraoperative blood,amount of postoperative blood,hospitalization time and the period of HCG down to normal range（ P〈0. 05）. But There was significant difference in the operation time and Hospitalization expenses（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of ultrasound- guided uterine aspiration and saccule compression is simple and effective on cesarean scar pregnancy,which reduces the cost of hospitalization. The method can be considered as a better way in treating cesarean scar pregnancy and worthy of promotion in clinic.
