摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下改良Wormald技术行额窦手术效果情况。方法:分析收治的额窦手术病例60例临床资料,依据手术方式不同进行临床分组,对照组30例和观察组30例。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组鼻塞、流涕、头痛、水肿、粘连、术腔上皮化均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:内镜下改良Wormald技术行额窦手术效果明显,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach result of frontal sinus operation by improvement Wormald technology in endoscope. Method The clinical data of 60 cases by frontal sinus operation was analyzed. They were divided into two groups by different operation,control group 30 cases and detection group 30 cases. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of detection group was higher than control group,the rhinobyon、fluid、headache、edema、adhesion、cavity epithelium of detection group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of frontal sinus operation by improvement Wormald technology in endoscope is obviously,complication is less,which is to be used.
