广东省肇庆市60岁以上老年人静脉全血细胞计数参考范围调查

摘　　要：目的：调查xx地区60岁以上老年人外周血细胞各项计数,调整并制定适用于本地区的血细胞计数参考值范围。方法：随机抽取体检健康老年人的外周静脉血,适用迈瑞BC5180全自动血液分析仪对其进行全血细胞计数及分析,按照年龄进行分组,相互对照进行分析。结果：60~70、70~80、80 3组各项数值有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,3组中男性、女性均有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：WBC、HB、PLT均随年龄的增加而降低,RBC随年龄的增大而增大,女性除PLT其他数据均较男性明显降低。Objective To investigate the age of 60 or older xx region of the peripheral blood cell counts,adjusted and applied to the region to develop reference ranges cytometer. Method Healthy elderly peripheral blood were randomly selected,for automatic Mindray BC5180 hematology analyzer its complete blood count and analysis,by age group,cross- referencing to analyze. Results There was a significant difference among the data of 60 ~ 70,70 ~ 80,80 ~ 3 group（ P〈0. 05）,3 groups men,women were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion WBC,HB,PLT were decreased with increasing age,RBC increases with age,in addition to PLT other data was significantly lower than those of men women.
