优质护理干预用于手术治疗移位髋臼骨折患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨优质护理干预应用于手术治疗移位髋臼骨折患者的临床效果,以便为相关研究提供参考依据。方法：选取手术治疗移位髋臼骨折患者136例,将其分为优质护理干预组和常规干预组,对两组患者实施护理干预措施后的相关临床指标进行比较和观察。结果：1临床护理总满意度组间比较,优质护理干预显著高于常规干预组,且组间数据比较差异显著（χ^2=8.134 5,P=0.004 3）;2临床总有效率组间比较,优质护理干预显著高于常规干预组,且组间数据比较差异显著（χ^2=12.173 4,P=0.000 5）。结论：优质护理干预措施和方法可有效提升移位髋臼骨折手术治疗患者的临床护理满意度和患者的治疗有效率,是临床针对移位髋臼骨折手术患者实施护理的理想选择之一。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of quality nursing intervention in the application of surgical treatment of patient with displaced acetabular fracture,so as to provide reference for related research. Method 136 cases of displaced acetabular fracture patients were chosen. They were divided into the intervention group and the conventional treatment group. The related clinical indicators after nursing interventions for the two groups were taken for comparison and observation. Results 1The clinical care overall satisfaction levels between group were compared,the level of the quality care intervention group was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group,and differences compared between groups were significant（ χ^2=8. 134 5,P = 0. 004 3）; 2The clinical total efficiency rates were compared between the two groups,the level of the quality care intervention group was significantly higher than the conventional intervention group,and differences between groups were significant（ χ^2= 12. 173 4,P = 0. 000 5）. Conclusion The quality care interventions and methods can effectively enhance the clinical nursing satisfaction level and treatment effective rate of the patient with displaced acetabular fracture,and it is the ideal choice of the implementing care for acetabular fracture surgery patients.
