品管圈活动在降低血液透析治疗区陪护人员进出频次的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低血液透析治疗区陪人进出频次中的应用。方法:成立品管圈,确立活动主题,运用PDCA循环原则,进行现状调查、要因分析、对策实施等,共收集10 d陪护人员进出治疗区的情况,分析导致陪人进出治疗区的根本原因,制定相应对策并实施。结果:实施品管圈活动后,血液透析治疗区陪护人员进出频次从80.6次/d下降至30.8次/d,患者满意度从91.03%上升至98.62%。结论:品管圈活动可降低血液透析治疗区陪护人员进出频次,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of the Quality Control Circle（ QCC） activity in reducing the frequency of family caregiver in and out of the hemodialysis treatment area. Method We set up the Quality Control group,PDCA circle principle was used in the whole quality management process,including investigating 10 days with people in and out of the treatment area,analyzing the reason why those caregivers in and out of the treatment area,working out suitable strategy and putting into practice. Results After the QCC activity,the percentage of people in and out of the hemodialysis treatment area decreased from 80. 6per/day to 30. 8 per/day,and patients＇ satisfaction level also increased from 91. 03% to 98. 62%. Conclusion QCC activity could reduce the frequency of family caregiver in and out of the hemodialysis treatment area and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
