摘 要:以木薯淀粉为原料,采用氧化醚化复合反应,在碱的催化作用下以真空干法生产高浓低黏氧化阳离子施胶淀粉。与氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉的应用对比试验发现,采用氧化阳离子施胶淀粉施胶后纸张的表面强度、平滑度、抗张强度最高,施胶效果最佳;通过SEM观察发现,高留着氧化阳离子淀粉施胶后,表面纤维仍较疏松,胶液能很好地渗入纸张的孔隙中,纸张表面的纤维结合更紧密,从而减少由于空隙导致的毛细作用,有效地降低液体渗入纸页的速度,从而达到较好的抗水效果,也改善了纸张平滑度。Taking tapioca as raw material, employing complex reaction of oxidation and etherii cation under alkaline, vacuum and dry process to produce high density and low viscosity oxidized-cationic surface sizing starch. The experiment in contrast to the application of oxidized starch, cationic starch shows adopting oxidized-cationic surface sizing starch maximized the paper's strength, smoothness, tensile strength and sizing degree. SEM characterization revealed that after sizing with high retention oxidized-cationic surface sizing starch, the superi cial fiber of paper kept loose to allow the sizing liquid to penetrate into the paper's voids, which made the paper's surface fiber bond closer. As a result, the capillarity was reduced and the liquid penetrated into paper was decelerated ef ectively to realize better water-resistance ef ect as well as improve the paper's smoothness.
