3种检验方案在阴道细菌检验中的应用对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究3种不同检验方案在霉菌性阴道炎检查中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年8月收治的霉菌性阴道炎妇女180例,随机分为甲、乙、丙三组,分别采用革兰染色法、细菌培养法及PCR法进行检验,并以重复检验结果为标准,对比分析3种检查结果对阴道霉菌检出率及阴道霉菌阳性检出率情况。结果乙组、丙组的阳性检出率分别为71.7%(43/60)、75.0%(45/60),均显著高于甲组的31.7%(19/60),组间比较差异显著,P<0.05;乙组与丙组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论革兰染色阳性率低,不适宜临床确诊,对指导治疗意义不大;细菌培养法阳性率高,但培养时间较长,延长病程;故建议医师在有条件的情况下选择PCR法检验。Objective A comparative study was conducted for the effects of the three examination schemes applied in the colpitis mycotica examination. Methods One hundred women receiving a colpitis mycotica treatment in our hospital from January to August, 2015 were selected and divided into A, B, C group on a random basis. Each group was examined using gram stain method, bacterial culture method and PCR method, respectively. Considering the repeated examination results, the study comparatively analyzed the detection rates of vaginal yeast and the positive vaginal yeast by the three examination results. Results The detection rates were 71.7% （43 out of 60） and 75.0% （45 out of 60） for B group and C group, respectively, both higher than that for A group, which is 31.7% （19 out of 60） and the difference among the groups was significant, P〈0.05; the difference between B group and C group was small with no statistical significance, P〉0.05. Conclusion Gram stain is not effective in positive vaginal yeast detection, unsuitable for clinically definite diagnosis and plays little role in guiding the treatment; the bacterial culture method has a high detection rate for positive vaginal yeast, but the culture time is long, thus prolongs the disease course; therefore, the examination method of PCR is recommended where conditions permit.
