摘　　要：用JCI(Joint Commission International)标准转变医院临床工程的管理理念、方法和工作方式,并从循证管理、风险管理、应急管理、持续改进、标准化、监测指标、工作计划这7项内容来阐述对JCI要求医院以"质量改进和患者安全为中心"的理解及实践。The paper focused on the the application of the Joint Commission International（JCI） criteria in the transition of management concept, method, and operation mode of clinical engineering in the hospital. The research expounded the authors＇ understanding and practice of the seven categories of ＂Quality Improvement and Patient Safety＂, including evidence-based management, risk management, emergency management, continuous improvement, standardization, monitoring index, and work plan.
