摘  要:目的:探讨三维重建帕金森患者丘脑底核的可视化研究,并总结丘脑底核在帕金森患者中的变化规律.方法:收集南方医科大学珠江医院近6年来进行丘脑底核深部脑刺激手术的40例帕金森患者的术前磁共振影像,应用三维重建技术重建丘脑底核,测量丘脑底核体积,并按年龄、病程、性别、左右侧等进行比较,并总结其分布规律.结果:帕金森患者STN平均体积,40~49岁组为(86.45±8.75)mm^3;50~59岁组为(79.20±4.16)mm^3;60~69岁组为(76.03±5.76)mm^3;70~79岁组为(76.46±5.22)mm^3.其体积与年龄、病程均呈负相关性,且左侧STN体积大于右侧STN,但不同性别的STN体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:三维重建技术能较好显示丘脑底核形态大小,帕金森患者丘脑底核体积随年龄和病程增长而缩小,左侧大于右侧,呈现一定规律性.AIM: To study on 3D reconstruction of subthalamic nucleus and the measurement of subthalamic nucleus volume in parkinson 's disease patients and summarize its regularity.METHODS: The subthalamic nucleus of 40 parkinson's disease patients was reconstructed,using their pre-opration MR images.And we measured the volume of subthalamic nucleus and made comparation of volume based on groups of age、duration and so on.And figured out the regularity. RESULTS: The average volume of subthalamic nucleus in patients from 40- 49 year-old was 86.45 ± 8. 75 mm3 and it's 79. 20 ± 4. 16 mm3 in 50- 59 year-old group,76. 03 ± 5. 76 mm3 in 60- 69 year-old group as well as76. 46 ± 5. 22 mm3 in patients older than 70 year-old. The volume of subthalamic nucleus was negatively correlated to the age and duration and the left subthalamic was larger than the right one.However,there was no significant difference of volume in patients of different gender( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION: The 3D reconstruction of MR images technology works great in the study of subthalamic nucleus. And the volume of subthalamic nucleus decreases with the increase of age and duration,of which the left is larger than the right.
