摘  要:全铝微通道换热器,尤其是百叶窗翅片换热器,已成为家用空调提高效率降低成本的关注热点。但微通道换热器通常采用的百叶窗翅片表面结构复杂,易于被颗粒物污染。本文采用表面流体迟滞区较少的波纹型翅片替代百叶窗翅片,对7种波纹型翅片微通道换热器样件进行了性能测试,得到了空气侧传热和压降特性。利用非线性回归和F显著性检验方法进行拟合,得到的波纹翅片换热和压降关联式可以准确预测90%以上的数据,其预测误差在15%以内。With the growing demand for high effiency and low cost, the aluminum microchannel heat exchanger has attracted much attention, especially the louvered fin heat exchanger. However, the complicated structure of the louvered fin heat exchanger make the deposition of particles more easily. In this paper, the wavy fin with small fluid hysteresis area was used to replace the louver fin. The test of seven wavy fin-and-tube microchannel heat exchangers was carried out to investigate the air side heat transfer and pressure drop performance. By method of nonlinear regression and F significance analysis, the fitting heat transfer and pressure drop correlations could accurately forecast more than 90% of the data within an error of 15%.
